Some officers from the Lagos State Police Command went round to monitor churches today. According to them, the observation was encouraging, as most of the churches complied with government instructions.
Currently, Lagos state has a by far greater portion of the total number of covid-19 cases in Nigeria. Out of the thirty cases in Nigeria, Lagos has a total of 22.
“Today we carried out enforcement on churches in Lagos to ensure compliance with the State Govt’s directives against the spread of the Corona Virus. A lot of churches adhered to the instructions,” the Lagos State police command revealed in a post.

The Government of Lagos state has recently ordered its workers to remain at home to help combat the potential spread of coronavirus.
According to Babajide Sanwo-Olu, workers from Grade level 1 to 12 will remain at home. However, people offering essential services are not included.
