To get help via live chat / online chat isn’t so difficult. Here’s how to go about it:

- Fill the form and submit
- Wait to be connected to a customer care representative
Note: There’s no specific wait time. Everything depends on how busy that day is and how many people are before you in the queue.
Overall, the wait time shouldn’t be so long.
As a matter of fact, I find the live chat the most convenient way to contact support.
It’s better compared to calls where you’ll have to spend quite a lot to speak with a representative.

To get support via twitter, then you need to tweet @accessbank_help. The customer care Twitter handle is very active. You will receive a reply within a few minutes.
