BBNaija 2020 auditions have commenced online. If you’re interested in applying, this guide will take you step-by-step through it.

Big Brother Nigeria, AKA BBN or BBNaija, is the most popular and widely followed reality TV show in Nigeria.

The upcoming edition is the 5th season and auditions have now commenced online.

Based on the information released by the official Twitter handle of the popular reality show, “The online audition process started on Wednesday, May 20 and will last until Saturday, May 30, 2020. If you think you have what it takes to be a Housemate this season, then don’t hold back!

Requirements for BBNaija 2020 auditions?

• You must record a two-minute video of yourself stating why you should be picked to be a Housemate in season 5 of Big Brother Naija. Thereafter, you must fill out the online registration form and upload your video.
• Endeavour to answer all questions on the form without falsifying anything. The reason is, if the organisers of the show find out that you’ve been deliberately untruthful or have withheld information relevant to your character or your past, you will be disqualified from the selection process.
• The online audition is free and open to interested male and female participants.
• All applicants must be of Nigerian nationality with a valid Nigerian passport and must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2020.

Finally, Big Brother Naija audition is free of charge. In other words, you don’t have to pay a dime to take part in the auditions.

How to apply for Big Brother Naija 2020 Auditions:

Step 1. Visit the official portal for Big Brother Naija registration on DStv Africa Magic

The official registration website is https://africamagic.dstv.com/page/big-brother-nigeria-auditions. Click on or copy and paste the link on your browser while keeping this page open for instructions.

Step 2. Read the instructions and click on ‘Enter now‘

The instructions you’ll see are similar to the requirements we stated earlier.

Step 3. In the welcome page, agree to terms and click on Next

Before you’ll be able to click on the next button, you must first agree to the terms and conditions.

Step 4. Fill in the profile form

You must now complete the profile section by entering all of the required information. They include your name, bio, preferred BBN nickname, Date of Birth, among others.

Please note that it is highly important to fill in all of the asterisked boxes or else you’ll not be able to proceed to the next section.

Also, make sure you review the information you entered to avoid any mistake or wrong information that could hamper your chances of entering into the Big Brother House.

Once you are done, click on the next button.

Step 5. Upload a video of yourself

Now, you must upload a video of yourself showcasing your talking ability or how you plan on making the BBNaija House fun.

The video must not be more than 100 MB. Alternatively, you can add a link to a video about yourself on YouTube or any other streaming platform.

Once you’re done uploading, click on the ‘Next’ button.

Step 6. Submit application

Finally, you must click on the ‘Submit Application’ button to submit your application form.
