Victor Ikwuemesi, who was the founder and chairman of the defunct Sosoliso Airline has died today in London, United Kingdom. He reportedly contracted the novel coronavirus about a few days ago.

After his test result came back positive, he was admitted to a hospital in London according to Independent Nigeria which first reported his death.

He was then placed in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and given oxygen after his health deteriorated.

But, upon the removal of ‘the oxygen for him to eat’ he suffered breathing complications. Thereafter, ‘put him on a ventilator but he died shortly after,’ according to a close relative.
