Many customers forget their account numbers, so it’s no big deal. All the banks in Nigeria provide ways for customers to easily recover their forgotten or missing account numbers. You can choose from the several options we’ll provide you with, depending on what you prefer.

Here are the several ways to check your Keystone Bank account number:

Check Keystone Account Number Using code

  • To check your account number, dial *7111*1#. You must dial this code using the phone number associated with your Keystone Bank account.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your mastercard or your mobile banking PIN to authenticate your transaction.

Actually, the above code is used for checking Keystone Bank account balance. However, you’ll receive a notification containing both your account number and account balance. But to be able to make use of the code, you must first of all dial *7111*0# to register for USSD banking.

Check Keystone Bank account number online

To do this, all you have to do is contact customer care using any of the online support services. The financial institution allows customers to get help — via live chat, email, phone numbers and more — Monday through Sunday.

Pay attention>> How to contact Keystone customer care

When you connect with a Keystone Bank representative using any of the online support option, you’ll have to provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Phone number with which you opened your account
  • Next of kin
  • Date of Birth
  • The bank branch you registered in
  • Your home address

After successfully confirming your account, the customer care representative will communicate your account number to you.

Visit any Keystone branch near you

If for any reason you’re not able to check your account number using the previous two methods, then next option you have is to visit a visible bank branch.

  • Home address

If you are able to provide correct answers, then you’ll retrieve your Keystone bank account number.
