The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has come out to declare that it made an error in its recent declaration of the number of confirmed cases in Nigeria.

the health agency then went on to give the correct figure which it said is currently 209 instead of the previous 210 it reported.

Recall that Naijahomebased reported that NCDC had stated that there are 210 confirmed cases of Coronavirus reported in Nigeria as at 10:30 pm on April 3rd, 2020.

It made the correction on its Twitter handle, the NCDC reported that only 25 new cases of Coronavirus were reported in Nigeria on April 3.

The 26th case was a repeat result of an earlier confirmed case and not a new case.

Currently, 25 have been discharged and four deaths recorded already.
