‘Covid-19 will have a positive impact on Nigeria’s Health Sector’ – AY Says

Popular Nigerian comedian, Ayo Makun, believes the coronavirus disease pandemic that has now reached Nigeria will have a positive impact on the Nigeria system of government.

AY believes coronavirus could be a blessing in disguise to Nigeria’s health care.

Seeing that the borders of most developed countries are now closed, Nigerian politicians will have to make do with our local hospitals.

In the past, they would have flown out of the country to take their medication in Italy, the US, or the UK. However, that isn’t possible at the moment since all of those countries are currently facing a health crisis imposed by covid-19.

“All the politicians testing positive should be taken to the poor health centres they initially left for the masses,” AY wrote.

“Either we like it or not, the Covid19 will have a positive impact on the Nigeria system of govt, particularly the health sector.”

Several top politicians have now tested positive to the deadly bug. Among them are the Governor of Bauchi State and President Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari.
