Davido met with the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, earlier today in Ibadan. The excited singer took to his popular social media handle to share pictures of the meeting and a strong caption.

The singer spoke of Makinde’s good governance in Oyo State that has made him eager to meet with him.

“Ever since I first heard of your triumph and good governance in OYO State I’ve been wanting to meet you and I’m glad I did,” Davido wrote.

“You truly inspire me and with leaders like you, the future is definitely bright! God bless you.
