To check if you have been offered provisional admission by Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike on JAMB website, follow the steps below:
Step 1. visit http://caps.jamb.gov.ng/ using a computer or smartphone.
Step 2. Enter your JAMB username and password and click on login to access the Central Admissions Processing Systems (CAPS) portal.
Step 3. Click on ‘Check UTME/DE Admission Status’.
Step 4. Choose your examination year and enter your JAMB registration number.
Step 5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status’.
The next page will load a notification telling you whether or not you have been offered admission by Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike.
What to do after FUNAI offers you admission
As stated on the official website of the institution: “ALL CANDIDATES offered Provisional Admission are mandatorily required to upload their O’Level results on JAMB Portal. Failure to do this successfully will prevent access to the JAMB Admission Letter on JAMB CAPS.

- Visit any JAMB approved CBT centre to upload your O’level. Thereafter, you’ll have the option to accept the admission.
- Then, visit the AE-FUNAI portal to pay the acceptance fee and print out your admission slip and the completed acceptance form.
What to do if you can’t find your name on the list
First of all, you need to be 100% certain that the admission process has been concluded. You can do that by checking the official website or the JAMB portal. Make sure you keep doing that until the admission process is complete since FUNAI doesn’t release all the lists at once.
