Popular Nigerian actress Funke Akindele and her husband, JJC Skillz, ehosted a full house party for his birthday. Several people, including Naira Marley and his brother, were present there.

Upon uploading clips from the party online, fans greeted it with serious backlash. Many people accused her of violating the social distancing order imposed by the Federal Government.

Meanwhile, Funke Akindele is renown for being one of the ambassadors of the NCDC. She has featured in several sensitization ads. As such, people were very disappointed to see her host a full house party.

“The House Party Funke Akindele and her Husband, JJCskillz, did with the likes of Naira Marley, Eniola Badmus.. why this during this total lockdown?” another user wrote.

Meanwhile, the actress has now shared a two minutes clip in which she apologised, claiming that majority of those people have been at the building. In other words, they are people of the same household.

As for Naira Marley, she revealed that the singer is part of the movie set she’s currently working on, and that she planned to make it ‘a surprise’.

However, now that everyone is criticizing her for what happened, she has to disclose this to the public so as to ease the annoyance.
