• On your Glo line, dial 125.
• Press 1 “Update family and group list” when the network prompts you to do so.
• Press 1 “Consult family and group list” when the network prompts you to do so.
• Listen as the network calls out all the numbers in your FnF list.

How to delete family and friends numbers on Glo

• Dial *101*3*Mobile No#. For instance, if you want to delete 08012345678 from your list, then you have to dial *101*3*08012345678#.
• Dial 1 to confirm when the network prompts you to do so.

After completing the above steps, the number will be deleted from your FnF list.

How to change a number in your Family and Friends list

• Dial *101*2*Existing F&F Mobile No*New F&F Mobile No#. For instance, if you want to replace 08012345678 with 08101234567, then you need to dial *101*2*08012345678*08101234567#.
• Dial 1 to confirm your action when the network prompts you to do so.

Another way of modifying the list would be to delete and then add. However, it’s better to modify an existing number since it’s a shorter process.
