How Much is JAMB 2019 Form?

How much is the 2019 JAMB form? That’s the question many people have been asking us lately. Due to that, we decided to provide this guide to help you understand how much you need to spend to register fully.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board, founded in 1978, is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions. It Conducts annual entrance examinations for prospective undergraduates into Nigerian universities.

The exam is, however, not free. Candidates need to pay for the form and obtain several other things.

Before registering, one of the smartest things to do is to make proper enquiries as to the cost implication. With that, you’ll not get stranded along the line.

How much is JAMB Form for 2019?

To complete your registration, you must pay for 3 things — ePIN, CBT centre fee, and reading text (novel).

ePIN price — ₦3,500
CBT centre Registration fee— ₦700 only
JAMB 2019 reading text (novel) price — ₦500

In total, the cost of registering for JAMB 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation (UTME) or Direct Entry (DE) examination is ₦4700 only.

There’s a slight variation in cost for anyone interested in purchasing the ePIN from any of the approved foreign embassies. The cost of obtaining the ePIN is $20 only or its equivalent. Formerly, you’d have had to pay $100.

As we can all see, there’s a considerable reduction in the current cost of registering for JAMB, compared to years back.

Important Notice: Candidates should under no circumstance pay more than ₦700 for CBT registration.
