Kano commissioner sacked for ‘mocking’ Kyari’s death recovers from COVID-19

Former Kano State Commissioner of Works and Infrastructural developments, Engineer Muaz Magaji, says he has recovered from COVID-19.

He took to his Facebook page to announce that he has been confirmed COVID-19 negative and discharged from isolation centre.

“To the Glory of Allah SWT, today, Friday 22nd May and 29th Ramadan I have been confirmed COVID-19 Negative and discharged from Isolation centre!.

Recall that Engr Muaz Magaji was sacked by the Kano State governor on April 18th for allegedly making fun of Abba Kyari’s death.

Shortly after, he announced that he too had tested positive for the deadly virus on May 7th.
