A man who poses as a ‘mad man’ has reportedly been caught with a dead child in Aba, in Abia State.
The Supposed mad man was dragged into a van by security operatives.
As expected, it attracted lots of attention after he was caught with the dead baby. Some of the people at the scene of the incident said they don’t know who owns the baby.
They were also heard saying, this person just looks like a mad person but he is not.
