However, today at the Old Trafford was a different story as Ole Gunner Solskjear’s men trashed Brugges 5-0.

Brugge’s defender, Simon Deli committed a foul by using his hand to stop Mc Tominay’s shot. The handball resulted in a penalty against his team and he was also sent off the pitch.

Bruno Fernandes scored from the penalty spot; putting Manchester United in the lead.

In the 34th minute of the game came Ighalo with the second goal for the night and his first for the club. Mata provided the assist for Ighalo’s goal.

Mc Tominay netted in the third goal for United by converting a brilliant pass from Fred.

The fourth and fifth goals of the night came from Fred after Bruno Fernandez was substituted and Lingard brought in.
