The Nigerian Navy is an offshoot of the Nigerian Armed Forces. It boasts one of the largest personnel on the African continent.

Every year thousands of people are recruited to fill the void created by retirees and deceased personnel.

We have a guide on how to join the Nigerian navy. And, in that publication, we made it clear that this particular recruitment only covers O’level and OND holders.

The last recruitment for DSSC (Direct Short Service Commissions), which covers degree holders took place during the later part of 2018.

All things being equal, we expect another DSSC recruitment within the next few months.
