The Nigerian Navy is a branch of the Nigerian Armed Forces. Virtually every year, the military body organises a recruitment exercise. Through it thousands of aspiring naval recruits can apply online.

After applying, a date for the aptitude test is usually announced. Upon the successful completion of the aptitude test, the Navy will review all applications and, thereafter, release a list of shortlisted candidates.

• Visit the official portal using joinnigeriannavy.com (click or copy and paste link in your browser).
• Under shortlisted candidates for the Nigeria navy 2019 recruitment interview, click on “view list”.
• Read the instruction, scroll down, then click on “download list”.

What to do after you’re shortlisted

First of all, you must take note of the screening date on the official website. If you miss out on screening, you can as well kiss your dream to join the Nigerian navy goodbye.

Things you need to carry along with you to the place of interview are:

1. Originals and photocopies of your credentials.
2. Originals and photocopies of valid Driver’s License (only Category H candidates).
3. your writing material (pencil and pen).
4. Two pairs of navy blue shorts and 2 plain white T Shirts.
5. A pair of canvas/trainer and socks.
6. Bed sheets and pillow cases.
7. Set of cutlery (spoon, fork and dining knife).
8. Four (4) copies of your recent passport photographs. They must be of size 30X30 and captured on white background.

In addition, ensure your credentials tally with what you submitted during registration. If not, the NN will terminate your candidature.
