A man in Eastern Cape, South Africa was buried in his car with a safety belt on. This according to his niece, was his last wish.
“My uncle made it clear that he wanted to be buried inside his car. He was a lover of Mercedes Benz and as a family, we had to grant him his wish,” his neice said.
Two years ago, Tshekedi Pitso astounded his family when he told them he would love to be buried inside his favourite car.
According to Pitso’s niece Sefora (Pitso), 49, at first, the family was shocked at the news, however, he always spoke about how he would love his funeral to be.
Pitso was a chief in Jozanashoek village in Sterkspruit, Eastern Cape, he was also a member of United Democratic Movement (UDM)
the villagers watched in awe on Saturday as their chief was buried in his Mercedes Benz.
