Popular Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo Rodriguez, has faulted the decision by some Nollywood filmmakers shooting movies at this trying time.

Clearly, the actress believes it is risky to the health of not just the actors but everyone involved in productions.

She took to Twitter to air her opinion, and it has since attracted support from her fans.

“What is the hurry to start filming in these coronavirus times by some Nollywood filmmakers?” she asked.

In other news, Nollywood veteran, Yul Edochie has bemoaned the lack of quality emerging from the popular movie industry in recent years.

According to him, the world loves our movies. However, there are so many crappy actors, actresses, and directors pumping out substandard movies on a regular basis.
