Want to register for the University of Calabar (UNICAL) 2019 Post UTME? Follow this step by step guide to do so.

UNICAL is located in Calabar, the capital city of Cross River state. It is one of the oldest institutions in Nigeria, as it was established in 1975.

Similar to other Nigerian universities, the University of Calabar holds Post UTME examinations annually. However, there are a few requirements for registering and sitting for this exam.

Requirements

To be able to register and participate in the University of Calabar Post UTME exams, you must have scored a minimum of 160 in your JAMB UTME result (some courses may demand higher).

Furthermore, you have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only to purchase the PIN needed to start your registration.

There are three options for purchasing PIN:

• E-Tranzact: visit any commercial bank nationwide and tell them you want to pay for UNICAL post UTME screening form.
• UNICAL portal: visit https://myunical.edu.ng/post-utme/webpay/ to purchase the Post-UTME pin online.
• Scratch Card: this option is only available to those living in Calabar, as you can only obtain the scratch card from certain banks in Calabar. Those banks include Unical Microfinance Bank, WEMA Bank, First city Monument Bank and Heritage Bank.

How to register for University of Calabar (UNICAL) Post UTME

Step 1. Visit the official website of UNICAL using  http://www.myunical.edu.ng and click on the UTME Admission Screening.

Step 2. On the UTME admission screening page, enter your JAMB Registration Number in the box provided.

Step 3. Enter your PIN in the box provided.

Step 4. Click on login and follow the next instructions.

Step 5. Review your application form and, thereafter, click on SUBMIT.

Step 6. Print out the completed form.

• You must go with your original UTME result slip to the exam venue. The slip must have a clear photograph of you.
