Pastor Sam Adeyemi also come out to debunk pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s claim that the 5g and COVID-19 are from the Antichrist.
According to Sam Adeyemi, during the 1918 influenza, the whole world was also on lockdown to contain the virus. He, furthermore, added that churches and other public places were closed as well.
The Daystar Christian Centre leader revealed all that during a live video session on Instagram with Senior Pastor Poju Oyemade of The Covenant Nation.
“I went online since there was a pandemic 100 years ago. I said let me go and study it and check it out because the interpretation that people are giving to this pandemic range from one extreme to the other, ” Sam Adeyemi said.
He revealed that what prompted him to do the study was because of the fierce debate going on on Social Media.
“I found a research article by a history lecturer at the University at Birnin Kebbi. Beautiful research!
“I had to buy it. But I was happy buying it, because when I read it, it was amazing, it dug into the British archives, all the records that the colonial officers kept,” he said.
“I’d tell you the one that I saw and almost screamed, they closed churches, they closed mosques, they shut down schools, they shut down markets in 1918. So, some of us now think it is the Antichrist that is at work, he does not want us to gather together and fellowship.
