Alice Iyabo Ojo Ogunro is an actress, director, and producer. In this article, we’ll be talking about her Net Worth, Awards, Movies, and other facts. The gorgeous Nollywood actress popularly known as Iyabo Ojo has featured in well over 130 movies; has produced more than 14 movies of her own.

She is originally from Ogun State, Abeokuta and was born in Lagos State. The beautiful actress is the youngest of three children and also the only girl.

The Nollywood actress had her primary and secondary education in Lagos State, at the National College Gbagbada. Then she went on to Lagos State Polytechnic to study estate management.

She started her acting career in 1998 having landed her first movie role in the movie titled “Satanic”. She has also registered with the actor’s guide of Nigeria through the help of Bimbo Akintola.

Mrs Iyabo is currently a divorcee and she was once upon a time married to a Lagos-based movie marketer. They got married in 1999 when she was just 21.

After getting married, she took a break from her career. During the break period, she gave birth to her two children; a boy who she gave birth to in 1999 and gave birth to a girl in 2001.

the names of her two children are Felix Ojo and Priscilla Ajoke Ojo. Just like we stated earlier, she is currently divorced from their father and is yet to remarry.

She has claimed that the reason for her divorce was due to her getting married at a very young age.

Her life as an Entrepreneur

Iyabo is not just an actress, she is also an entrepreneur who has dived into several businesses. As of 2017, she launched Fepris Limited. Fepris is a group of businesses that comprises an academy, a beauty salon, a lounge, and a restaurant.

In the restaurant, she sells Amala and a host of other local dishes; while Fepris production caters for film distribution, film production and also trains aspiring actors and actresses.

Also, there is the Fepris World where she offers services such as make-up studio, event management, ushering; selling of beauty products and a spa.


Like many other prominent actors of her class, Iyabo started out as a young member of her school’s drama group right from secondary school.

Although she started with an English movie, the actress didn’t want to be restricted, being a confirm Yoruba breed, she decided to join in Yoruba speaking films too.

So, in 2002, she got her first Yoruba movie role in the movie titled “Baba Darijinwon.

In addition to being a good actress, she’s tried her skills in production too and we can’t say she’s bad at that too.

In 2004, she started producing her own movies. Her first movie as a producer was “Bolutife“. And since then she’s added to the list.

Even since her emergence into the movie industry, she has done well for herself and her fans; acting in over one hundred movies with scores of awards and nominations to her credit.

She is also a business person and a philanthropist so we can say she has a busy life.
