Gokada CEO brutally murdered, body dismembered in his home

Fahim Saleh, the owner of motorcycle-hailing company ‘GoKada’ has been found dead in his New York apartment.

The tech entrepreneur who is also co-founder of ride-sharing venture Pathao was found in his swanky Manhattan condominium in the afternoon of Tuesday, 14th of July 2020.

New York Times reported that Saleh’s dismembered body was found inside his swanky Manhattan condo on Tuesday afternoon.

An NYPD official said ‘investigators believe the victim is a tech entrepreneur Fahim Saleh, 33. He was said to have bought the condo for $2.25 million last year’.

NYPD spokesman Sgt. Carlos Nieves said all of the body parts were found at the scene but declined to give specifics on where.

According to nytimes, “when detectives began investigating, they found the man’s torso and an electric saw nearby, two law enforcement officials briefed on the matter said.

Moreover, a Police Department spokesman said that the man’s head and limbs were later found in the apartment.

‘There were several large plastic bags in the apartment, and it appeared that some effort had been made to clean up any evidence of what had happened,’ one law enforcement officials briefed on the matter said.

Also, Gokada in an official statement confirmed his death. It wrote, “We are deeply saddened to inform you about the sudden and tragic loss of our founder and CEO, Fahim Saleh.

“Fahim was a great leader, inspiration and positive light for all of us,” the statement read.
