About a week ago, Nigerian singer Speed Darlington criticized Senator Dino Melaye for having so much wealth.
“Oh my God look at one man’s wealth and all he had to do was be a Nigerian Senator,” Speed Darlington said.
He then went on to express his delight at the fact that Dino Melaye didn’t win the governorship election he contested.
After nearly one week he posted that, Dino Melaye has finally issued a stylish response.
Although he didn’t mention Speed Darlington, it’s obvious he got the message and is not happy about that criticism.
“Everyone spends his/her money on what he or she likes. My passion is to collect automobiles. Occults can buy blood for any amount, homosexuals spend so much on same-sex, some on Babalawos, some hide their money in Switzerland while some bury ego under the ground & some spend on cocaine.
“All man go do what makes him/her happy. Me am happy I no even know say you dey vex.
He then added a Yoruba word saying, “Kuro lona jare” which means “get out of the way”.
Indeed, the Senator was subtle in his response and we hope that settles it all.
Nevertheless, we’ll keep observing to see if Speed Darlington aims another jibe at Dino Melaye.
Recall that Speed Darlington also attacked Mercy Eke recently, calling her dress cheap.
