The father of late Uwa has spoken about the death of his daughter; 100-level microbiology student of the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
Recall that Naijahomebased reported that Uwa died a few days after she was raped inside a church in the state.
Also, Apostle Suleiman has promised a ₦1 million naira reward for anyone with useful information leading to the arrest of the rapist.
The mourning father said he had no idea his daughter was badly injured.
He also revealed that the daughter has been a member of the church where the incident occured,
He said,” she has been a member of that church for the past fifteen years if am not mistaking.
Meanwhile, Family; friends of the deceased and indeed, Nigerians are clamouring for justice to be served in Uwa’s case.
According to reports, Uwa and her mother have been attending the church for over 15 years.
