Beauty and Cosmetic mogul, Kylie Jenner, has reacted to a recent report by Forbes which alleged that she exaggerated her net worth before the media.
Last year, the popular magazine announced the then 21-year-old reality TV star as the youngest self-made billionaire ever.
However, they have now revealed that she most likely forged and inflated her tax documents in order to be considered richer than she is.
Meanwhile, the report also confirmed that she was indeed a billionaire, at least before the coronavirus pandemic.
Kylie sold 51% of her Kylie Cosmetics to beauty giant Coty in a deal valued at $1.2 billion this January.
However, ” in the deal’s fine print, a less flattering truth emerged. Filings released by publicly traded Coty over the past six months lay bare one of the family’s best-kept secrets,” Forbes wrote.
“Kylie’s business is significantly smaller and less profitable than the family has spent years leading the cosmetics industry and media outlets, including Forbes, to believe.”

Apparently, she didn’t make any effort to refute Forbes’ recent findings. Instead, she urged them to divert their attention to the things that are more important right now.
“I can name a list of 100 things more important right now than fixating on how much money I have,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, Forbes has now removed the media personality from their billionaire list based on the pieces of evidence they gathered.
