Nigerian actress, Halima Abubakar, has threatened to call out your favourite celebrities who are guilty of rape.
The unfortunate incident of both Vera Omozuwa and Bello Barakat has prompted women to start calling out some males, especially celebrities and accusing them of rape.
Some of the Nigerian celebrities that have been hit by these accusations include D’banj, Peruzzi and Uti Nwachukwu.
However, events online are beginning to take a twist as Twitter users are no longer believing the rape stories of alleged victims who have started calling out their favourite celebrities.
Apparently, the attacks on the ladies coming out to speak up have not gone down well with Nigerian actress, Halima Abubakar.
Halima has taken to social media to slam those questioning the time frame from when the ladies claimed to have been raped and when they are coming out to speak up.
Furthermore, the actress threatened to call out your favourite celebrities and billionaires who are guilty.
She also noted that if every rape victim should open up about their experience, then ‘half of the men would be found guilty’.
She wrote, “Stop telling people when to tell their experience. We call it trauma!!
Don;t tell anyone the timeframe to complain aboout rape. If we are going to raport rape or harrassment, half of the men are guilty.
Don’t shame people and you are guilty. But hide and intimidate and even block their income.
“Don’t let me callsome of your fav and billionaires. Everyone is just inconsiderate.
“From the common man to the high and mighty, Shut up. Rape is rape, dont’t make me call you out,” she added.
