Patoranking has hit back at a troll who asked him to trace his sponsorship back to his hometown.

Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, popularly known as Patoranking, has ventured into the world of Philanthropy. The singer has a scholarship programme and plans to sponsor 10 students that will each cost him 15,000 annually.

He took to Twitter to urge people to apply for the benevolent scheme programme, “Tuition Fee is $15,000 annually, for 3 years that’s a total of $45,000 but for the 10 Students under the Patoranking scholarship Program, it’s Totally FREE. God is Great. Apply here!”

However, a troll identified as Mark Ogbonnaya managed to pick on the singer by sending a tweet asking him to trace it back to his hometown.

“Trace it down to your home town and start it from there,” he said.

Patoranking then hit back at Mark Ogbonnaya saying, “I’m currently taking care of 150 kids in my hometown. And this ranges from primary to secondary and university..so shut up…Ok.”

Apart from Patoranking’s reply, several other people have hit out at him for his tweet, with some saying far more worse than just “shut up”.

One called him a modern fool for criticizing the singer without knowing anything about him.
