A video currently trending on social media shows the moment a young flogged his grandmother with a stick. Meanwhile, another person stood there capturing the moment and encouraging him to continue. Subsequently, she collected the cane from the man to flog the old woman too.
According to the person who posted it, his reason for flogging the woman is that his pastor told him she’s a witch.
“Can you imagine this man beating his grandmother consequent upon a pronouncement by his greedy pastor that this hapless, poor woman is a witch? I hope he hasn’t killed this woman yet. Some pastors with a blunt conscience are bent on destroying families too,” Sam Ituama said.
It’s not clear when the incident took place and the people who perpetrated the dastardly act didn’t show their faces.
A few weeks back, a video went viral for something similar. A young girl was seen flogging her mother who confronted her because a pastor said she was a witch.
