Piers Morgan calls for ban on Man U Fans who attacked Ed Woodward’s Home

0

Following the attack on the home of Manchester United’s executive chief, Ed Woodward, fans have taken to social media to comment on the incident.

We had earlier on today published a post about some irate fans who had attacked the home of Ed Woodward where he lives with his wife and two young daughters.

They had attacked him because they are unhappy with the way he has been running the club since the exit of Sir Alex Ferguson; see full post here

However, many believed that their actions were too extreme and over the edge

Commenting on the incident, the Good Morning Britain host described the attack as absolutely disgusting; he wrote,” This is absolutely disgusting, all genuine decent fans should root out these vermin from their club. Woodward has two young daughters for God’s sake”.

In any case, the Old Trafford club has revealed that any supporters found at the scene would face a lifetime ban and could face prosecution.

Also, football fans around the world have also taken to Twitter backslashing the actions of these fans.
