A viral social media video shows a woman rushing towards FRSC officials after they allegedly punctured her tyre.
According to Port Harcourt Cabman who uploaded the video, claims they punctured her tyre after she refused to part with 20k.
Meanwhile, a woman who was reportedly a passenger in the vehicle was a pregnant woman another lady was driving to the hospital.
In the short clip, the woman threatened to upload their faces on Instagram after which one of them tried to approach her before the video stopped.
“Look at road safety officials, extorting my elder sister because she refused to part with 20k. Her offence was because she was rushing a pregnant woman that was in the throes of giving birth to the hospital,” Port Harcourt Cabman said.
“They had to puncture her tire all in an attempt to stop her from taking the woman to the hospital. Is this what they are supposed to do on the roads?” he added.
