Before her demise, she had voiced those concerns to a friend in a voice note that has now been made public.

In the voice note from 2018, Olamide revealed that she had known Chris for years and they both have two children together.

However, she stated in the VN that she was not sure they are meant for each because they don’t know each other very well.

Late Olamide told the friend that her wedding to Chris was scheduled for October 2018. She, however, was not sure she wanted to go on with the marriage.

According to her, she doesn’t want the children to be the sole reason she’s getting married.

So, the wedding was postponed from 2018 to August 2020. Sadly, he killed her in June 2020, leaving their sons, aged 7 and 3, behind.

Recall that Naijahomebased reported how Chris locked her up in his room, put on loud music, tied her up, covered her mouth with duct tape.

Thereafter, he proceeded to pull out her braids from the roots, one after the other. Then stabbed her multiple times; apparently, she died a painful death.

After brutally killing her, Chris committed suicide. Activist, Esther Ijiwere, who shared the VN advised women to walk away if they are not clear about a relationship.
