White man points gun at black homeowner he felt was a trespasser at his own house

White man rains verbal abuse on a black man he thought was trespassing on his own property

A 58-year-old white Florida realtor, Joseph Max Fucheck, was caught on video pulling a gun and making racist remarks at a black homeowner.

He alleged that the black man did not live in his own home and asked him to go away. As the black man insisted he was the owner of his house, he began cursing at him and promised to make his own findings and be back there.

The homeowner who has now been identified as Dwayne Wynn was across the street at a neighbour’s house when Fucheck put a real estate card advertising his business in his mailbox.

Upon Dwayne’s arrival, he noticed the man delivering the mail and then went to his box to retrieve it.

It was at that moment Fucheck confronted him insisting that he did not live there and then went on to pull out his gun

In an apparent racial outburst, they white man was heard saying ‘this is why you people get shot.’

Fucheck has now been arrested and is facing charges of aggravated assault with a firearm with prejudice and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon 

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle announced the charges on Tuesday, 30th June.
