A Nigerian lady, Oby Evelyn, has given birth after going fourteen years without a child. She took to social media to thank God, saying He gave her triple to make up for her fourteen years of shame and mockery.
The woman whose newborns include a boy and 2 girls revealed that her blessing has made her speechless.
“I am speechless. l don’t know how to begin this because my mouth is full of praise.the joy is unbeatable.lnfact nothing beats this moment,” she wrote.
“God has given me triple for my shame n mockery after 14 solid years of marriage.
“My God of 11th hour has blessed me with a prince n 2 princesses.
“My testimony is a dream come true. Thank you, my great God!!! Lastest mama ejima ito.”
Triplets are by far less common than twins, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The account for only about 4300 sets in 3.9 million births, just a little more than 0.1%, or 1 in 1000.
