Popular Nigerian singer, Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, better known as Brymo, has launched a scathing attack on his colleagues in the Nigerian music industry.
According to him, staggering 99% of Nigerian music artistes cannot write their own songs.
He also alleged that many of them cannot give a good live performance.
He, first of all, said “your favourites can’t perform live, though. Can’t write… Can’t even sing that good”.
Expectedly, a fan pressed him to mention names. He then replied saying he cannot begin to mention the names which according to him makes up 99% of singers.
Indeed Brymo is one of the most talented singers in Nigeria. Nevertheless, he risks incurring the wrath of ardent fans of his counterparts in the business
Recently, he caused a stir on social media after claiming that he doesn’t know Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy.
