Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold, has reflected on the moment he sent a DM to Don Jazzy about nine years ago begging to be the Graphic artist for the defunct Mo’Hits Records.
The hillarious piece saw the singer call him Dad, Mo’Hits’ Lord, etc.
Fast forward to 9 years later, Adekunle Gold is now one of the biggest singers in Nigeria.
The singer used that part of his life as a source of inspiration to twitter user, @Semirat. And she took to the platform to thank him for it.
“Thanks for sending such an inspiring email to my inbox this morning,” she wrote. “Just the right inspiration I needed yet again as to why I shouldn’t quit on my dreams, goals and always trust in God to make it happen. Pls don’t stop, Happy Sunday,” she added along with snapshots of the AG’s chats with Don Jazzy.
