Nigerian reality TV star, Thelma Ibemere, has taken to Instagram to celebrate her 27th birthday in a rather unusual manner.
The hair and beauty practitioner shared snapshots of herself dressed up as a mermaid, AKA mammy water.
“It’s yet another year. I am grateful for the gift of life, and I can’t simply thank God enough for this day,” she wrote.
It is not clear the significance of the fish costume meant for her. However, she wrote talking about someone teaching you how to fish instead of giving you fish.
“The best thing someone can do for you is to teach you how to Fish and not to give you Fish.
“It’s a day to be happy and celebrate because a Queen came into existence and her name is THELMA a.k.a Ajibo Chukwu.”
