The founder of DAAR Communications Plc, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi and 7 members of his family have tested positive for Coronavirus.
This was made known in a statement released by the Editor of AIT News online, Terverr Tyav.
Recall that just 3 days ago, NaijaHomeBased reported that his son and chairman of the board of DAAR Communications, Raymond Dokpesi Jnr, tested positive for the virus.
Consequently, the NCDC revealed that it was conducting a test on other members of the family. The test conducted came out positive for eight members of the family according to Terverr.
High Chief Dokpesi and everyone affected have now been evacuated by the NCDC to the isolation centre located at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada. The same place Raymond Dopkesi Junior was evacuated to.
“i am of quite ok, i feel very well”, AIT quoted High Chief Dokpesi as saying to newsmen upon his arrival at the isolation centre.
High Chief Raymond Dokpesi is the founder of DAAR Communications, the parent company of Africa Independent Television, Ray power 100.5 FM Abuja and Raypower 100.5 FM.
