Nigerian senator representing Cross River North, Rose Oko, has died. She was 63 years old.
The senator was a second-term member of the upper chamber and served as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Trade and Investment.
According to Channels, she passed on last night at a hospital in the United Kingdom (UK) where she had been receiving treatment for the past one month.
