A civilian has reportedly slapped a police officer in Delta state. The viral video making the rounds on the internet now confirmed this.
The police officer received two hot slaps by the civilian. According to reports, the policeman was the first to slap the man on white.
Apparently, the policeman was not expecting such a radical reaction from the civilian. In response to the slap, the policeman was seen shooting the floor.
In any case, we do not have the details of the incident and no information as to what caused the fall out between the Civilian and the policeman.
However, it’s obvious that something unusual took place in this scene. It is very unusual for a civilian to slap an armed uniformed security man.
