Nigerian comedian, Abdulgafar Abiola also known as Cute Abiola, who celebrated his birthday on Tuesday was reportedly arrested on Wednesday night.
According to Instablog9ja his arrest was because he snapped with his full military regalia.
The officer was arrested around 7 pm on Wednesday, April 29 in Lagos and is currently being held at a Naval facility in Apapa.
The pictures he shared on social media reportedly got viral after a fan of his made a video slide show of it.
Apparently, The Nigerian Navy does not permit officers to use their use of military uniforms for such activities, as it considered a punishable act.
