DSTV is the largest Pay TV service provider in Nigeria. It has a presence in several other African countries; however, this guide is aimed at Nigerians only.

Whether you live in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt or anywhere else within Nigeria, follow this guide to contact DSTV customer care.

Call the following numbers to speak with a representative:

  • Airtel – 07080630333
  • Etisalat – 09090630333

The last 5 phone numbers are toll-free lines. In other words, you don’t get to pay for the calls you make. However, you must make the call with the right network. MTN to MTN, Glo to Glo, etc.

Those lines are available every day from 8 am to 9 pm, including public holidays and weekends.

You may have to wait for several minutes before a representative answers your call, depending on how many people are on queue for support.

Make sure your message is detailed, and provide relevant information including Smart Card number. With that, you will receive a response or solution to your query as soon as possible.

  1. They are ripping us off, Nigeria as the highest populated in Africa and the highest users of dstv. They abruptly removed channels without due notification

  2. Please help me are have subscribed four thousand naira and is not showing is only two thousand naira own that is showing.
