English Premier League side, Everton have sent the players in their first-team into self- isolation after a player reported symptoms of coronavirus.
According to The Sun, Everton has confirmed that they have sent their players, including staff to self-isolate themselves.
This is coming after a player in the first-team reported symptoms of the novel coronavirus.
The player whose name was not given has caused the EPL side to shut their training facility, making them the fourth club to be affected by the virus
You will recall that we had earlier reported the cases of Mikel Arteta, Arsenal’s coach; Hudson Odoi of Chelsea, Leicester City being affected by the virus in England.
Moreover, Juventus and Real Madrid have also been affected by the virus that has killed over 4,900 across the world.
Currently, the Premier League clubs are contemplating suspending the matches that are supposed to be held this weekend.
Everton is meant to the host Liverpool on Monday, however, with the training ground of the Toffee side shut down, a strain has been put to their training activities. which increases the speculations that the match may not hold on Monday.
