Nigerian singer Wizkid has hit out at the Nigerian senate over a highly controversial bill they proposed.
The bill on generator ban, which was sponsored by Senator Enagi Bima is titled “A Bill for an Act to prohibit/ban the importation/use of generating sets to curb the menace of environmental (air) pollution and to facilitate the development of power sector.”
Clearly, Wizkid is not happy at the news, considering how unstable power is all over Nigeria.
As such, he went on an x-rated rant on Twitter that has since gotten thousands of retweets.
“F***ing d**K heads! Give us 24 hours electricity first,” he wrote.
One of the notable persons to have hit out at the proposed ban on the use of generators is Femi Fani Kayode. The popular politician accused the senator who proposed the bill of insanity, saying he should be bundled and thrown into the ocean.
