An 18-year-old man, Kelvin Uzor, was arrested by police for the alleged murder 7 years old Chiagozie and Chidalu Agwunobi for money ritual in Delta State.

According to the police, the seven-year-old boys were murdered after which the murderer cut off their penises, eyes, tongues and hands, and hurriedly took to a native doctor in Anambra State.

Kelvin Uzor, however, denies killing them, claiming it was his friend, Onuwa Oliseh, that carried out the heinous crime.

Incidentally, Onuwa Oliseh is the younger brother to the father of those twins. Meaning, he was their uncle.

According to Kelvin Uzo, they had planned to embark on money ritual, but when he discovered they wanted to use the twins, he backed out. Nevertheless, Olisa Onuwa decided to carry on with the plan on his own.

While speaking to the police, he revealed that he wanted to become a young chief and that was why he thought of doing money ritual.

“My hope was to make money, drive big cars and build a house. I wanted to become a young chief because most of these young boys did not work as hard as I did and now they are millionaires. I’m a farmer and it requires hard work,” The Punch quoted him as saying to police.

“I was not even making enough money for myself. This was why I agreed to be part of the meeting.

“Onuwa convinced me that was the fastest way to become rich. He said that most of our colleagues made money through that means.

“My greatest mistake was that I did not inform my family when Onuwa suggested that we should use the twins. I love those twins so much and their parents are nice.

“When we were making arrangement who to use, Onuwa mentioned the twins, I cautioned him, but I didn’t know he would still go ahead with his plan.

Meanwhile, the suspect expects Oliseh Onuwa to be apprehended to help back his claim that he didn’t agree to the plan and that Onuwa Oliseh acted alone.

Furthermore, Onuwa’s younger brother revealed that Onuwa indeed held a matchet with blood stains the day the boys went missing.

Currently, the prime suspect is at large and nowhere to be found.
