Popular Nigerian actress, Annie Idibia, has revealed that she has now embraced the life of a vegan.
According to her, animals are just like humans. They have the ability to love and they keep families just like humans do. Therefore, cooking them and eating them seems wrong.
Also, she talked about how fruits and vegan diet are more healthy for her heart, saying, ‘ her healthy heart will thank’ her later.
‘I dont ever want to eat animals again,they have feelings just like do,’ she wrote.
‘They love and protect their kids just like we do, and we cook them and eat them. Also importantly my healthy heart will thank me later.
‘Fruits and plants it is for me now,’ she added.
