‘I’ve recovered’ – Callum Hudson-Odoi speaks on how he’s handling coronavirus

Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi, who was recently diagnosed with coronavirus has spoken for the first time since the reports emerged. According to him, he’s had the virus for a while now and has been in self-isolation ever since he started showing the symptoms.

“Hi guys, as you may be aware I had the virus for the last couple of days, which I’ve recovered from,’ he said in a video sent from self-isolation,” he said in a video he shared on social media.

“I’m following the health guidelines and self-isolating myself from everybody for the week. 

“I hope to see everybody soon and hope to be back on the pitch very soon,’ he added.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is the first Premier League player to test positive for the novel coronavirus. Meanwhile, several clubs have reported symptoms while Arsenal head coach, Mikel Arteta, has also tested positive for the virus.
