Nigerian rapper MI Abaga has just released a new extended play, but this time it is under Incredible Music, his new record label. The Artist who was part of Chocolate City for more than 13 years has taken to Instagram to announce that he has parted ways with the popular label.
Chocolate City which was founded in 2005, was home to some of the biggest recording artists in Nigeria, including but not limited to Ice Prince, Jeremiah Gyang, Brymo, among others. The latest divorce, yet, is with MI Abaga, one of their longest-serving singers.
MI Abaga’s new EP titled “Judah” is coming after a long period of wait.
Announcing the split from Chocolate City, MI wrote on IG, “There is a lot of truth in my new EP the “Judah EP”. I had a dream that CBN would be the greatest group the world had ever seen… it was on me… and today I announce my decision to finally let go and move on to something new! Thank you for your support and love for 13 years.”
