Nigerian actress, Beverly Naya has raised an alarm concerning the apparent lack of proper health measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus to Nigeria.
The actress who boarded a plane from Accra, Ghana en route to Lagos, Nigeria disclosed this via a post on her Instagram page.
The actress revealed that she was given a form to fill in Accra in the plane she boarded.
However, on landing in Lagos nobody asked for the form to ascertain her health status before letting her mingle with other citizens.
This would have been a necessary precautionary measure given the surge in the novel coronavirus which is fast spreading across several countries of the world.
I was asked to fill out a health form in the plane on my way back to Lagos from Accra. Here it is in my hand, I’m currently on third mainland bridge on my way to a meeting. To conclude, nobody asked for it at the point of entry ??. Again, no precautions! God help us! Lol pic.twitter.com/gecrH4uw1A

Perhaps Muritala Mohammed Airport health workers didn’t see the need to access her health condition because she’s not coming from a country where the virus has been confirmed.
Nevertheless, it remains a cause for alarm, which the actress has clearly sounded.
