The Lagos State Police had earlier o launched a search for the young man who was filmed kissing his 3-year-old-sister passionately.
Just one day after the search for the man was launched, the police have found him and arrested him.
The man, Oluwatosin Babatunde, a 400 level student of Lagos State University, did the video himself and posted it online to the bewilderment of social media users.
Apparently, Nigerians are already very angry over the rise in number of rape cases being reported in the country.
As such, the incident which happened on June 2 in their home in Shagamu, Lagos, did not go down well with Nigerians at all.
The police command spokesperson, Bala Elkana, in a statement stated that the state Commissioner of Police Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu saw the video
According to him, Odumosu and has directed detectives from the Gender Unit to analyze the video and arrest the suspect.
Meanwhile, he has been handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba for prosecution in Court.

After posting the video online, he received a lot of backlash from Nigerians who referred to him as a paedophile.
Thereafter, Babatunde went online to apologise for his actions; saying he is not a rapist or paedophile and that the little girl is his sister.
